- Products with quality issues or damage caused by shipping are eligible for free return or exchange.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
- Used earphones that affect secondary sales
- Products damaged by improper use, water or unauthorized disassembly
- Beyond the 30‑day return period
4. Refund Process

5. Shipping Responsibility
- Returns due to quality issues: seller bears return shipping cost.
